Published: 23 Mar 2018Title: Notice calling for inspection of Supplementary Valuation RollStatus: NOTICE CALLING FOR INSPECTION OF SUPPLEMENTARY VALUATION ROLL Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1)(a)(i) of the Local Government: Municipal Property Rates Act, 6 of 2004 that the Supplementary Valuation Roll for the 2017/18 financial year lies open for public inspection at the various municipal offices and libraries within the municipal boundaries and municipal website www.capeagulhas.gov.za from 3 April 2018 to 4 May 2018. NOTICE is further given in terms of Section 49(1)(a)(ii) of the Act, read with Section 78(2), that any owner of property or other person who so desires, may lodge an objection with the Municipal Manager in respect of any matter reflected in, or omitted from the valuation roll within the above mentioned period. KENNISGEWING WAT BESWARE TEEN DIE AANVULLENDE WAARDASIELYS AANVRA Kennis geskied hiermee kragtens die bepalings van Artikel 49 (1)(a)(i) van die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Eiendomsbelasting, 6 van 2004 (hierna verwys as die (“Wet”) dat die Aanvullende Waardasielys vir die 2017/18 finansiële jaar ter insae lê vir openbare inspeksie by die onderskeie munisipale kantore en biblioteke binne die munisipale grense asook die webtuiste www.capeagulhas.gov.za vanaf 3 April 2018 tot 4 Mei 2018. AANSOEK VIR FINANSIëLE BYSTAND VIR NA-SKOOLSE OPLEIDING

Aansoeke word hiermee ingewag van voornemende studente om finansiële hulp in terme van die Kaap Agulhas Beursbeleid te ontvang. Die volgende dokumente moet die aansoek vergesel:

  1. ‘n Brief ter motivering van u aansoek;
  2. Gesertifiseerde afskrifte van die identiteitsdokument van die aansoeker;
  3. ‘n Gesertifiseerde afskrif van die registrasie-sertifikaat uitgereik deur die instelling wat die kursus en vakke aandui;
  4. ‘n CV van nie meer as drie bladsye;
  5. ‘n Toelatingsbrief van die opvoedkundige instelling;
  6. Bewys van woonadres in Kaap Agulhas gebied;
  7. ‘n Bewys van die graad 12 uitslae of die nuutste beskikbare uitslae;
  8. Bewys van ouer(s)/voog(de) se gesamentlike inkomste van R10 000,00 of minder en/, of ‘n bewys van eie inkomste per maand.
  9. Gesertifiseerde afskrifte van vorderingsverslae (waar van toepassing)

Verseëlde aansoeke, gemerk “Beurs aansoek” moet in die tenderbus by die Munisipale Kantore geplaas word te Dirkie Uysstraat 1, Bredasdorp nie later nie as 12:00 op Vrydag 25 November 2016.

Studente woonagtig in die Kaap Agulhas Munisipale area kan aansoek doen vir finansiële ondersteuning vir die volgende studievelde :

Alle aansoeke is onderhewig aan die goedkeuring van ‘n beurskomitee wie ingevolge die aanvaarde beleid hiermee sal handel. ‘n Afskrif van die beursbeleid is beskikbaar op die munisipale webtuiste, alle biblioteke en Munisipale kantore in die Kaap Agulhas gebied. APPLICATIONS INVITED FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR TERTIARY EDUCATION

Applications to receive financial assistance in terms of the Cape Agulhas Bursary policy are invited from prospective students. The following documents must accompany your application:

  1. A letter in support of the application
  2. Certified copies of the applicant’s identity document (ID book)
  3. A certified copy of the registration certificate issued by the applicable institution
  4. A CV of not more than three pages
  5. A letter of admission from the educational institution
  6. Proof of residence in the Cape Agulhas area
  7. Proof of the applicant’s Grade 12 results or latest available results
  8. Proof of combined monthly income of parent(s) / guardian(s), of R10 000 or less, and / or proof of the applicant’s own monthly income equalling the same amount.
  9. Certified copies of progress reports (if applicable).

Sealed applications, marked “Bursary application” must be placed in the tender box at the Municipal Offices, 1 Dirkie Uys Street, Bredasdorp, not later than 12:00 on Friday 25 November 2016.

Students residing in the Cape Agulhas Municipal area can apply for financial support in the following fields of study:

  1. Civil Engineering
  2. Financial Management
  3. Town and Regional Planning
  4. Tourism
  5. Human Resources
  6. ICT- Information Communications Technology
  7. Environmental Management
  8. Community Development

All applications will be subjected to the approval of a bursary committee and shall be dealt with in terms of the approved bursary policy. A copy of this policy is available on the municipal website, all libraries and municipal offices in the Cape Agulhas area. No late or incomplete applications will be considered.
